Chief Operating Officer: Ernest Sumsion, M.B.A.

Mr. Sumsion has a 25-year track record in management, operations and regulatory affairs in the medical device industry. He has successfully brought medical devices through the FDA approval process. While Senior Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Gull Laboratories, revenue there grew from $1.2 million to $17.9 million. As Vice President and Director of Operations at Alexon-Trend (Apogent Technologies), Mr. Sumsion achieved ISO9001:1994 certification for its operations. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Utah.

CFO & Co Founder: James Maples, M.B.A.

Mr. James Maples has operated as Chief Financial Officer for DxNA LLC and other preceding related companies. He has lectured at Dixie State Collage on Entrepreneurship and at Utah State University has taught upper division Marketing. Mr. Maples has had a wide and varied career in commercial real estate as a broker and commercial real-estate development. He has been an owner and manager of several small businesses and has served as General Manager of a technical plastics manufacturing company and a Hologram manufacturing company. He received his BS in Production Management and his M.B.A. from Utah State University.

Business Development Officer: Craig Mosman, J.D.

Entrepreneurial executive with over 20 years experience in defining strategic direction and business development in biotechnology, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. At DxNA LLC, he meets with world health leaders to solidify partnerships, OEM Licensing, Private Labeling, and Third Party Integration. In addition, he is responsible for business development, sales, and marketing. Proven track record as a pragmatic leader while serving as President and CEO at CancEr2 Inc. Directed intellectual property at Advanced Molecular Systems. He holds a B.A. in Education from Utah State University and J.D. from University of Idaho.
